The Dansko Women's XP 2.0 Clog is a lightweight work clog with a slip-resistant rubber outsole and Dansko's anti-fatigue rocker bottom, made for long days on hard floors in hospitals, kitchens and classrooms. It comes in Medium and Wide widths.

Fit & sizing
Sold in whole EU sizes 35 to 43, Medium and Wide. A Dansko clog should feel slightly snug as you step in, your toes shouldn't touch the front, and your heel should lift a little as you walk. Some wearers find the XP 2.0 runs slightly large. See our size chart for US conversions.

Questions
Is the Dansko XP 2.0 waterproof?
Only the colors named Waterproof Pull Up (Black and Brown) have a waterproof upper.
How is it different from the Dansko Professional?
The XP 2.0 adds a slip-resistant rubber outsole and a lighter EVA midsole; the Professional keeps Dansko's original polyurethane rocker sole.
Can I wear my orthotics in it?
Yes. The footbed lifts out and the clog fits most standard and custom orthotics.

Shipping within the US
- Free standard shipping on orders of $49.95 or more.
- Orders under $49.95 ship for a flat rate of $4.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (may be a little longer during peak periods).
- Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–4 days.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
- Canada: flat rate of $25.
- UK, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain: carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Free in-store pickup in Brooklyn
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at 482–484 5th Ave or 233 Prospect Park West.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please pick up within 30 days of being notified; orders not picked up within 30 days of being marked ready are canceled without refund.
Refund policy
30-day returns
You can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition you received them, in the original box with all tags and packaging.
How to return
- Email windsorshoes@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
- We'll send you a discounted prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund. (Returns from Canada need to be shipped back at the customer's own cost.)
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original pair and place a new order for the one you want, so you don't lose it while your return is in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at windsorshoes@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. We may refuse returns that aren't in original condition or that arrive after the return window.
In-store pickup orders
Pickup orders not collected within 30 days of being marked ready for pickup are canceled without refund.
