Windsor Shoes Pick-Up Option Policy:
Orders not picked up within 30 days of being marked as ready for pickup will be canceled without refund.
Windsor Shoes Return Policy:

Original Packaging: All returns must be sent back in their original box, with all tags intact, and include any additional packaging materials that accompanied the shoes.

Windsor Shoes reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for items that are not in their original condition or if the return window has passed. Customers are encouraged to read and understand this policy fully and reach out with any questions or concerns.
