The Dansko Men's Professional Clog is Dansko's flagship clog: a leather slip-on with a roomy toe box and a rocker bottom that helps you move forward through long days standing. It comes in Narrow, Medium and Wide widths.

Fit & sizing
Sold in whole EU sizes 43 to 46. A Professional should feel slightly snug as you step in, your toes shouldn't touch the front, and your heel should move up and down as you walk. That heel movement is normal for a clog. See our size chart for US conversions.

Questions
Is the Dansko Professional slip-resistant?
Dansko doesn't sell the Professional as slip-resistant. For wet or greasy floors, look at the Dansko XP 2.0.
Should my heel slip in a clog?
A little, yes. Your heel should lift slightly with each step while the clog stays on.
Which width should I choose?
Start with Medium. Choose Wide if the sides press on your foot, Narrow if your foot slides side to side.

Shipping within the US
- Free standard shipping on orders of $49.95 or more.
- Orders under $49.95 ship for a flat rate of $4.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (may be a little longer during peak periods).
- Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–4 days.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
- Canada: flat rate of $25.
- UK, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain: carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Free in-store pickup in Brooklyn
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at 482–484 5th Ave or 233 Prospect Park West.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please pick up within 30 days of being notified; orders not picked up within 30 days of being marked ready are canceled without refund.
Refund policy
30-day returns
You can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition you received them, in the original box with all tags and packaging.
How to return
- Email windsorshoes@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
- We'll send you a discounted prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund. (Returns from Canada need to be shipped back at the customer's own cost.)
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original pair and place a new order for the one you want, so you don't lose it while your return is in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at windsorshoes@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. We may refuse returns that aren't in original condition or that arrive after the return window.
In-store pickup orders
Pickup orders not collected within 30 days of being marked ready for pickup are canceled without refund.
