Special Feature: Soft Footbed The soft footbed has an integrated latex foam cushion. So it offers excellent comfort from day one.

Upper Material: Suede Suede is a split leather with a napped finish. It has a velvety surface and is very soft to the touch. It also boasts a high moisture absorption capacity. Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. This does not constitute a material or production defect.

Insole: Natural Leather Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as upper material.

Footbed Material: Cork Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.

Outsole: EVA EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.

Shipping within the US

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $49.95 or more.
  • Orders under $49.95 ship for a flat rate of $4.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (may be a little longer during peak periods).
  • Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–4 days.
  • You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

  • Canada: flat rate of $25.
  • UK, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain: carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please pick up within 30 days of being notified; orders not picked up within 30 days of being marked ready are canceled without refund.

Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition you received them, in the original box with all tags and packaging.

How to return

  1. Email windsorshoes@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
  2. We'll send you a discounted prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund. (Returns from Canada need to be shipped back at the customer's own cost.)
  3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original pair and place a new order for the one you want, so you don't lose it while your return is in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at windsorshoes@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. We may refuse returns that aren't in original condition or that arrive after the return window.

In-store pickup orders

Pickup orders not collected within 30 days of being marked ready for pickup are canceled without refund.
