Windsor Shoes Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $49.95. Once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive your shipment within the standard delivery timeframe.
2. Shipping Costs: For domestic orders below $49.95, shipping fees will apply. These will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods.
4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to its destination.

Return Policy:

1. Please Note: We do not offer free returns. We will send you a return label upon request, which will have a lower, preferential price than most over-the-counter mailing services. The label price will then be deducted from the refund. Please note that for returns originating in Canada, customers must purchase and pay for their own return shipping label, and any costs associated with the return shipment are not covered by Windsor Shoes.
2. 30-Day Return Window: Customers can return their purchases up to 30 days after delivery, provided the merchandise is unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
3. Original Packaging: All returns must be sent back in their original box, with all tags intact, and include any additional packaging materials that accompanied the shoes.
4. Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process and receive any necessary return labels or instructions.
5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
